Modern, cosy room in a brand new home

A newly built home with a room (double bed) available, with a shared toilet and bathroom, including a spa bath. 10 minutes drive to the hospital, town, stadium and Hamilton Gardens, near a bus stop and a petrol station/groceries less than 5 minutes away. An additional single room may also be available during certain time periods. We are a family that live on the premise who occasionally do shift work, and would be more than happy to help with local knowledge where able.
