Work will commence on building two and then building one. Stucco and concrete repairs will occur on all five buildings between mid-January and mid-February 2024. Throughout this project, grinding, scaffolding work, and lifts may be audible during working hours. Painting will also occur. Sometime in January to February 2024, Dune Doctors will begin working on a dune renourishing project to remove invasive foliage and replant. This will be behind the east and west buildings, with work transpiring throughout the year. As per an HOA regulation, vacation rentals in Panama City may only be rented and booked by an individual who is 25 years or older. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
