Guest access This house also has a mother in law attached to in the back portion of the house. It is rented our separately and those guests have the street parking in front of the house, their own path to the enter the house and their own door to enter. You have access to the main portion of the house , access to the front and side doors in addition to the driveway. A sturdy lockout door separates both the mother in law and your unit in which the host is the only one who has access to the key. Please be aware that we do have quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM because the mother in law apartment guests and you will need to be respectful of one another. We do not allow parties and we do not allow any additional guests who are not part of your actual reservation. This is an older house so from time to time you may hear some noise between the two units (similar to a hotel). You have your completely own non-shared space in your unit. Other things to note PET RULES: We allow (2) pets ! You must agree to: $25/night per pet fee, added to booking total (Please inquire about the pet fees for longer stays). Please also agree to a Zero impact pet policy (meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, you don’t allow pets in furniture or on rugs, housekeeper has no extra work as a result of a pet being there). You accept full liability for your pets.
