Located in a central street between Arenal and La Magdalena. The living room is tastefully decorated, has air conditioning, ceiling fan, radiant heating. The smart TV is state-of-the-art and the Wi-Fi is high-speed. The master bedroom has two single beds joined together and a modern en-suite bathroom. From the room you can access the terrace. It also has a TV in the room itself, The closet is very spacious. The second bedroom also has two single beds to give greater versatility to different guest profiles. It has a bathroom right next to it for the use of the guests of this room. It also has AACC, heating and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of best brand appliances and kitchen utensils. It is separated from the living room by designer windows and next to it there is a laundry room that also has an additional bathroom. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. The interior design of the building is very characteristic. In order to guarantee the safety of our guests and respect for the rules of the neighbors community, the apartment has a noise control device installed. Guest access During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter earlier, just ask me. We will receive you in person at the apartment and we will be in contact with you at all times for any questions or queries. At the time of your check-out / departure, please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door behind you. The check-out time limit is 11am if we have not previously agreed another time. Our cleaning staff will arrive around 11. If you agree with them, please let them in.
