The space Our small, but cozy guest suite is a sunny space boasting two large skylights. It is colorful, clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a happy stay in NYC. We sit between Broadway and 34th Ave. Broadway is a main artery in the neighborhood with restaurants and shops galore. 34th Ave is a quieter tree-lined street with upscale dining. Perfect combo. Guest access Private entrance. You will come and go as you like. Other things to note Super easy access to Manhattan and NYC must-sees. You will be a 3 minute walk to the Broadway Station N train, which will take you everywhere you need to go, no transfers!
