A Stone's Throw Bungalow

Welcome to a clean, quiet and comfortable home- just a stone's throw from beautiful Lake Winona! The space I am very happy to share my 126 year old unique and charming home with you! With a house this old you can expect to find: sloped floors, an original (but STEEP) staircase, no right angles, antique doors, charm and character :) The 2 biggest bedrooms are on the second floor, the smaller bedroom is located off the front entrance. A large bathroom with two sinks is located on the main floor. There is a large, fully fenced backyard and a patio to enjoy a drink on or to throw the ball for your furry friend. The refinished front deck is lovely for reading, sipping a cup of coffee or just enjoying the lake view. Let this be your base for exploring the bluffs, touring campus, ice climbing and more! I allow pets! Please make sure to read through the guidelines and also note it on your reservation, thank you! Guest access You have access to the majority of the house! Each bedroom has a closet and it's own unique amenities. The basement, living room closet and garage are off-limits to guests. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The neighborhood is extremely quiet, safe and peaceful. Please, respect the neighbors - no parties or loud music. I want to keep this a lovely, quiet retreat with awesome lake access. My father, who lives nearby, is the property caretaker and can help with any issues that may arise.
