The space Welcome to our beautiful space! We want to give you some details about what you can expect when you stay with us. If you're looking for a vacation rental with two bedrooms and king-size beds, I highly recommend checking out our second house Seawood Beachfront Villa II Our living area is 104 sqm, and that includes a lovely terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view. We also have 1000 sqm of recreational space, so you'll have plenty of room to play and explore! We have 2 cosy bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a king-size double bed. Both rooms are equipped with A/C and ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. We also have a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area that's located outside with a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. You can enjoy your meals while taking in the stunning surroundings! We understand how important it is to stay connected, so we provide free high-speed Wi-Fi for all our guests. Our recreational area is a real highlight! We have a private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas. The whole area including the parking space is completely private and secured with an automatic gate, so you can feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. Other things to note Please be informed that monthly bookings are subject to additional fees: For monthly bookings, utilities such as electricity and water are charged at a flat rate of 3,000 baht. If you require fresh bed linens and towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide those for an additional fee of 300 baht. We also offer cleaning services for 700 baht if you would like us to take care of that for you. Please note that a deposit is required depending on the length of your stay. For for bookings of one month, the deposit is 5000 baht. For bookings exceeding one month, the deposit is 10,000 baht.
