Located in the Kawann Beach residence, Kaz' Kiki Coco is a ground floor apartment with direct access to Folle-Anse Beach and a beautiful (shared) swimming pool. Kaz' Kiki Coco has its own terrace and private garden. ⚠️ Please note that this is a tourist accommodation, not a hotel. ⛔️ The swimming pool is closed from September 4 to 30 for annual maintenance. The space Renovated at the end of 2024, the apartment can accommodate three people. It consists of an air-conditioned main room with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a sofa bed (2 mattresses of 90 x 190 cm), a toilet, a bathroom with shower as well as a dining area under the patio with equipped outdoor kitchen. You will find a microwave, hob, fridge, two coffee makers (a Nespresso and a traditional one), kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, small ironing board, etc. A travel crib, a high chair, a baby bath and baby cutlery are available for babies. By booking with us, you will have free access to the complex's beautiful shared pool. Guest access In addition to the accommodation, its terrace and small garden. You will have access to: - Folle Anse beach, 2-minute walk - the residence's tennis court You can access the pool area and some relaxation furniture and accessories. Other things to note Check-in is from 4 p.m. We cannot tell you in advance if it will be possible to arrive earlier as we do not yet know if the accommodation will be rented the day before your arrival. If necessary, we will need to allow time for the guest to leave and prepare the accommodation for you. We will tell you 48 hours before if it is possible to arrive earlier.
