Guest access You will have free access to the whole house. Other things to note Koh Phangan is developing fast these days and there is a lot of construction going on in general. My house is one of the first in a new neighborhood, and hence it is to be expected that new developments and potential noise from such might occur around. Please note that access to the house is via a dirt road of better or worse condition depending on the season, amount of rain aso. "Local" cars usually always make it up and down, but taxis might not always be willing to take you all the way up. Also, it is preferable to have a motorbike if you are staying here (and on the island in general really).
