One bedroom has air conditioning and the other has a fan. Bring bed and bath linens, as well as pillows. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from downtown, with easy access to bakeries, a pharmacy and a market. The master bedroom has air-conditioning and a built-in wardrobe, plus a double bed with a mattress cover! In the other bedroom there's a bunk bed and two more single mattresses. It has a fan and a built-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a Smart TV (which has a small crack on the screen, but does not interfere with its proper functioning). It has a sofa and a foldable mattress, as well as plastic chairs. In the kitchen there are basic cooking utensils, a refrigerator in great condition, a new stove, new kitchen cabinets, an electric kettle and a toaster. In the laundry room there is a washing machine (small), a sink and right next to it a barbecue grill and plastic tables. It also has some beach items, such as chairs, umbrellas, boards and a cooler for drinks. Everything can be used with due care and returned to the house after use!
