NICALI HOUSE The private guest ROOM is located inside the accommodation that I live in, which is part of a building complex. The quiet and peaceful location is close to the historic center, services, train and bus stations, and some ski resorts. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 (read safety instructions). I DO NOT USE THE KITCHEN and NO PETS OF ANY SIZE. Please read the house rules and amenities available. The space Private, spacious and bright double BEDROOM, including sheets and towels, desk for working - No television - No air conditioning SHARED bathroom with 88 x 63 cm shower In the kitchen you will have a space available inside the fridge, use of the tea kettle and coffee machine, you can eat takeout dishes in the kitchen but cooking is NOT allowed in the house. Please wash dishes and cutlery after use. Guest access Free parking (subject to availability) inside the condominium and free nearby. Mezzanine floor with access via a 5-step ramp. Access to common bathroom and kitchen areas with its balcony. During your stay I LIVE IN THE HOUSE, so I'll be happy to provide any information, you can send me messages to guide you when you're away from home or want a last-minute tip. In the basement there is space to store luggage, skis, bicycles and also a covered parking lot for those who come by motorbike. Other things to note - No pets - No WI-FI - Please remove your shoes as soon as you enter the property and shoot slippers around the house. - No smoking anywhere in the home, even on the balconies. - Respect rest times both day and night. - No food in the room. - No drinking alcohol in the house. -The check-in will be done by me. - From May 2024 it is mandatory to pay the accommodation tax in cash on site, per person (€1.50) per night - Used dishes and cutlery must be WASHED immediately after use. - Do not trust technology, it is better to ring the bell upon arrival, sometimes messages /phone calls via APP do not arrive due to lack of signal. - Share with your travel companion information about the type of booking (ROOM) and all services and house rules before arrival.
