Welcome to our private split-level home with a fenced-in backyard! Enjoy this entire single-family home and never walk more than 8 steps between levels! This is a year-round perfect spot - enjoy the outdoor patio and indoor electric fireplace during your short term or midterm stay. We are located in Westchester County, just outside NYC. The house is 1.5 mi from 3 Metro-North stops and a 30-minute ride to Manhattan. Send us a message and we will let you know how far it is to your event. The space -Main Level has the Living space with a 55" Smart TV and an electric fireplace, a stocked kitchen, a dining room that seats 8 and the entryway with a closet with a full-sized ironing board and iron. -Upper Level has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub, and a washer and dryer in the closet. Bedroom 1 the Upper Master, has a Queen bed, a bathroom with a standing shower, a 55" Smart TV, and a dresser. There is a luggage rack in the closet near the bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 Twin beds and a dresser. Bedroom 3 has 1 sturdy Full bed, 1 Twin bed, and a dresser. -Lower Level has Bedroom 4, the Lower Master, with a Queen bed, a bathroom with a standing shower, a 43" Smart TV, and a dresser. There is also a full-size L-shaped desk, a small sink, and access to the one-car garage. There is a luggage rack in the closet. -The Updated Backyard. There is an 8-seat patio lounge set and fire table under a new fully-shaded gazebo. Separately, there is a dining table with an umbrella and seating for 6 on the patio. There is another separate seating area with 2 Adirondack chairs and a small table. There is also a 2-person glider swing under the trees. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and backyard for their stay.
