Guest access Identified guests can access any area of the house. Parties are not allowed. Please do not smoke inside the house You can do it outside without any problems. Other things to note Unauthorized people will be charged an extra $25 per person. For extended stays, housekeeping will be done every 5 days and will incur an additional $30 for deep cleaning.
