Kitchenette with stainless refrigerator with freezer, coffee pot, microwave and sink. Full bath with granite countertop and tile flooring. Additional cleaning fee for laundering linen and cleaning beyond normal use. No smoker, no parties, no drugs of any kind , No extra guests or pets. Fees apply The space This is the best rental option because it is easily accessible to interstates I-20, 77 and I-26. All within 1-2 minutes to access. Guest access The 2King bedrooms upstairs and the common areas upstairs, are the only areas guest have access to. The living room, dining room, family room and downstairs area and bedrooms are not part of the rental and totally off limits. During your stay I am available by phone or I can come to the location.
