Korosho House is a warm, well equipped and spacious villa in beautiful Watamu. The house is in a secure and private location; a 2 minute walk from Mida Creek, and a leisurely 15 minutes to the main beach. All bedrooms are ensuite, with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The pool area, outdoor entertainment area and games room allow plenty of space for guests of all ages to have fun and relax. The house is staffed by a house manager and a cook. The space There are two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, both with king size beds, plus an additional single bed in one of the rooms. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 10 people, sitting area and guest WC complete this floor. Upstairs, the open landing area - complete with desk, seating area and books/games - leads to two bedrooms; one with king size bed and one with two singles. Both of these are also ensuite. All beds have mosquito nets and all rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Additional standing fans are available for the single bed and/or a cot. The doors downstairs can be fully opened onto the pool area, complete with sun loungers. On the other side of the pool is a fabulous 'pool palace', complete with outdoor kitchen, bar-style seating/dining and lounge area, with TV. An additional fridge/freezer and wine fridge means a cold drink is never far away. The beautiful 'Korosho' tree (cashew nut) frames the pool area, and behind this you will find the 'Kaboomy'; a makuti-roof open-sided games/gym area with table tennis, table football, yoga mats and a TRX/some free weights available for guest use. With ceiling fans, this area is also a great space to get a massage. The house is self catering, with a house manager and a cook on site to look after you during your stay. Guest access The house has no restricted areas. Guests have access to parking (for two cars). Guests can also make use of four bicycles (two adult, two children), with helmets and locks. Other things to note Young children should be careful around the pool area and on the first-floor terrace.
