Beautiful all new, cozy 1950's home completely remodeled. All hardwood floors, new paint, new kitchen, bath, everything! Clean and quiet home/duplex with a front porch to enjoy morning tea/coffee or evening cocktails. Huge empty park across the street to keep things still. Very quiet neighbors. Owners are onsite and live in the back house for any issues or questions. PLEASE NOTE: We require a 2-night minimum stay on weekends. The space We require 2 night minimum stay on weekends. No parties or events. Home is not large enough to hold parties here. We are in a VERY quiet neighborhood except for an occasional plane from BWI. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 7:00am. Guest access This is a complete home with laundry in the basement. You will enter by your private front door with a code I will text you. I will leave the street parking open for guests. You can also park across the street in the grass by the park. No driveway parking. Other things to note We clean our home ourselves to insure our guests have a clean home to stay in that meets our standards. We know how clean we would want a place to be, so we provide this to our guests. With that said, our cleaning fee is very low. If you stay in our home and we have to call a cleaning crew to come in and clean up extra messes, or clean furniture because of spills, we will charge you the difference in the fee. Do NOT move furniture around unless you move it back. Remember, this is our home and we have worked hard to make it comfortable and cozy for you. Please respect it. Registration Details 000628
