We welcome you with pleasure for your summer or winter stay <10 min from the Féclaz ski resort, active winter and summer -25 min from Chambéry -15 min from Lescheraines waterbody -30 min from Lake Bourget/Aix-les-Bains and Lake Aiguebelette Hiking, mountain biking, cross country/alpine skiing, snowshoeing, climbing, via ferrata We have 1 boy (born in 2018) and 1 girl (2020) used to travelers and happy to play with their children! During the day, we are away to work, the house is yours! The space You will have 2 bedrooms at your disposal Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 90 x 190, side by side (see photo) We occupy the other 2 bedrooms in the house. Baby crib and mattress available The bathroom is as shown, shared with us. This one is great, never worry about occupancy! Towel/soap/shampoo NOT PROVIDED, duvet/sheets/pillows provided Entire kitchen at your disposal, a place in the fridge will be provided. The stove will warm you up in the winter. The bedrooms are equipped with electric heaters Work was done in 2022, the stairs are no longer spiral but straight, and easy to reach the rooms! The entrance is spacious and will allow you to store your belongings (coats, shoes, ski equipment, bikes etc.) We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The entire house is accessible to you to share with us, the land, parking, terrace. If we are not available at your check-in time, there is a lockbox for self check-in. During your stay We are sporty (trail, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, climbing, mountaineering etc.) and have the space in the basement to store your equipment safely. We would be delighted to advise you on the possible routes of the various activities in the area. Hiking maps available. We have 2 dwarf goats to mow the lawn! Other things to note this is our main accommodation, you occupy 2 bedrooms that are not independent of the rest of the house
