The space Features: - NEW private pool + optional heat (seasonal). - Hot tub for stargazing after the park. - Detached mini-dome game room: ping pong, arcade (Ms. Pac-Man + Street Fighter series), foosball, smart TV - 2 acres, fully fenced w Aloe Vera gardens, Joshua Trees, picnic areas, hammock, outdoor games & a meditative labyrinth. - Family-friendly loft w tent + books + board games. - Central AC + heat, fully equipped kitchen, great for couples, friends and families. - 55" Smart TV with streaming apps. - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, Brita) - Coffee/tea station with Keurig K- Cafe latte/cappuccino maker. Swim by day, soak under the stars by night. Enjoy the propane fire pit lounge, grill dinner on the Weber gas grill and explore the property's desert landscaping and gathering spots. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property and can check in with a personalized keyless entry for the front door. Other things to note INTERNET: - The house has good Wifi internet access through the satellite. Cell phone reception depends on your carrier. You can access your subscriptions (Disney Plus, Hulu & Netflix, etc) with the Smart TV. BEDROOMS: - Bedroom 1: Queen size + single size beds - Bedroom 2: King size bed - Bedroom 3: King size bed - Loft: 2 lounge chairs can be converted into twin beds RESTROOMS: 2 full bathrooms stocked with toiletries ( body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). *** Due to the delicate septic system common in the desert, please flush only organic waste and tissue paper. KITCHEN: - Fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, Brita filter, and all the basic kitchen essentials to cook a homemade meal. - Fully stocked coffee/tea and hot chocolate station with a Keurig K Cafe Special Edition Coffee Latte and Cappuccino maker SECURITY: - For your safety, a floodlight security camera is installed at the front door of the main and mini dome. No cameras are located inside the property or the backyard. HOT TUB/POOL RULES: - Please use the hot tub and pool with caution and use sound judgment. - Optional pool heating (seasonal) is available for $100 per day (must book for entire length of your stay) and is not available November through February. The pool cannot reach and maintain the desired the temperatures during those months. Let us know a few hours prior to your arrival that you’d like the pool heated. - No more than 6 people allowed in the hot tub at once. - Please shower prior to use. - No unsupervised children under 14 yrs old- children may enjoy these amenities under adult supervision only. - Absolutely no diving. There is a baja sun shelf, and the pool is 10 x 20 ft, 3-5 ft deep. - Please do not bring food or drinks to the hot tub or pool, especially glass cups or anything that may easily break. - After you’re done, please turn the hot tub jets to the lowest setting and leave the heating set to 95 degrees - Please cover the hot tub after you are finished. - No shoes allowed in the pool or hot tub. - By booking this reservation, you agree to exercise sound judgement / caution and are responsible for your own safety while using this amenity. You also agree to indemnify the home owners and hold them harmless against any damages or injuries caused by this amenity or anything else that may damage or injure you during your stay at the property. OTHER HOUSE RULES: - No pets to keep the home allergy-friendly. $250 fine. - No parties allowed. - No indoor smoking/vaping. - Only up to 7 guests allowed. Exceeding occupancy limit could result in expulsion from rental, fines or both. - Please remove shoes while inside the house. - Due to local ordinances: quiet hours are 10 pm - 7 am and the property has a non-recording noise monitoring system. Please be mindful of outdoor noise as sound travels far in the desert. - Beware of your surroundings. There may be coyotes, wild cats, snakes, insects and scorpions. It's the wild west! - It is illegal to touch the Joshua trees as they're an endangered species. - This property is not permitted for commercial purposes such as filming, corporate retreats, or wedding receptions.
