Batis Beach house is located in front of the most popular beach of the island, Agios Petros. Access to the beach is from a small path in front of the house and there you will find organized Beach Bars and free space for swimming. The house is 2 minutes from the port of Andros and 5 minutes from Batsi, the most touristic part of the island. After the enjoyable dives you can walk to enjoy the traditional taverns and pizzeria located in the area! The space Batis house is a 100 sq.m. three-level maisonette. It is located in one of the most beautiful estates of Agios Petros beach in Andros. It is 150 meters on foot from the beach. A house ideal for a family, groups, a couple who will enjoy a carefree vacation as well as moments of relaxation and tranquility. The space On the ground floor, it includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and by opening the window you will exit to a beautiful terrace and garden. Continuing with an internal staircase, the upper level consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and your personal terrace. Going down the internal staircase to the lower level there are two bedrooms, with single beds, a bathroom and a storage room. Of course, Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The location of the house is ideal and quite convenient. A 2-minute walk from Agios Petros beach. An organized beach that has organized beach bars as well as free space to enjoy your swim. Next to the house there is a bakery, a pizzeria, two traditional taverns. The port of Gavrio is only 1.5 km away while the beautiful Batsi is only 8 km away. The garden in front of the house is shared with the other properties. Batis house offers its guests breakfast-brunch at special prices at Laas cafe in the port of Gavrio.
