The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Nivriti consists of villa 3 bedroom and a seperate cottage with 3 different independent access type of rooms. so in the same boundry there are total of 6 rooms between the Villa and Cottage. Villa booking is for Full Villa with 3 rooms and Cottage rooms can be booked individually at different price points due size and location of the room in the cottage. The space Scenic quiet and beautiful location at 5400 feet. Snowcaped mountain views of the Himalayan range , Infinite endless Valley views and view of the Ramganga river. Built on a flat plateau having plenty of front, mid and back lawn space that is enclosed. Has a Villa and seperate 3 bedroom cottage. Guest access The property has a 3 Bedroom Villa and a 03 Bedroom cottage. The property is fenced in so complete access to all areas within the boundry of the Homestay. Also access to private land 20 minutes away on the Ramganga river. Other things to note Guests need to know about road conditions, close by villages and cities. the place in different seasons like Winter, Summer and The Monsoon. Places of interest nearby. Nivriti is about 42kms from Corbett National Park as well as above 40kms from Ranikhet. more or less enroute both the places. It's pet friendly but pets are not allowed to sleep on the sofas and beds.
