Wheelchair accessible with a wet floor shower. Wrap around deck for all day sun. Plenty of off street parking, room for the boat. Just an easy 5 min walk to The Beach House restaurant and cafe, 2 minutes to the dairy. A hop skip and jump across the road to the safest swimming beach in the south. The space Happy to have your pets stay however the property has no fencing. This property is not well suited to young children and toddlers because of the no fencing and having the ocean right across the road.
