Coffee (both Keurig and regular coffee maker), tea, water, creamer, wine (one bottle), light breakfast items, snack bags and occasionally some Happy Place beer in the refrigerator are provided. Full kitchen with all of the comforts of home. Various spices for your use when cooking. Game room with electronic dartboard and foosball table. Private office in lower level, if needed. Wrap around porch plus nice backyard with outdoor seating (weather permitting) along with a charcoal grill. Private front door access code provided on day of rental. Guest access Make yourself at home and enjoy all living areas of the home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available to all guests. Living room available for conversation and if you know how to play piano give it a try! Separate area for use of 55" smart television able to access various streaming sources including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessary cooking utensils, coffee, tea, snacks, and light breakfast items. Other things to note Washer and dryer can be negotiated with longer stays.
