Cozy, comfy and queen master suite w/private bath!
Description
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway for someone passing through or long term stays for medical professionals, students or military. We are minutes from 695/295/95 corridors to Ft Meade, CCBC, UMBC, Johns Hopkins, BWI, the Marc station for easy access to work and adventures. Catonsville and Elliott City are small, preserved communities where you won’t feel the hustle and bustle of busy Baltimore and the surrounding area. The space Welcome to the Duchess. This historic Catonsville mansion has all the charm of the early 1900’s with modern amenities of a newly constructed home. Your private room is newly remodeled with a brand new bathroom. The rest of the apartment and shared space is also newly renovated and in total is about 1200sqft. I’m clean and typically have quiet evenings watching the news or if it’s nice I’m typically always outside on the patio reading or having a fire. Guests are always welcome to join and please make yourself at home. You will have your own tv and fridge along with microwave and coffee just in case you like your space. But otherwise you’re welcome to the full kitchen and the remainder of the house. All I ask is please clean up your own messes and take dishes back to the dishwasher. Other than that if you have any questions at all then please just ask. Please always use kitchen vent fan when cooking. Please no pets. Guest access There is shared kitchen, shared living room. The shared backyard is great with a bonfire and hammock area, a patio with pellet smoker and plenty of areas to hunker down with a book. Occasionally I bring out the outdoor movie screen too. Please be mindful of trying to mainly use your own bathroom and having your guests use your bathroom as the other bathroom is shared between the other two rooms.
