Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The 94 sqm cottage is located in a small village, Lillhärdal. Cozy up in front of the wood stove, forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy the lovely nature just around the corner. About 100 meters from the cottage, the river runs by and in the other direction, a few minutes' walk away, is the local grocery store where you can buy food, coffee and other good things. The cottage has a large garden with a sandbox and berry bushes to eat from at the right time of year. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a cat attic. Garage/storage/carpenter's shed is locked. Other things to note We, who own the cottage, are a family with children aged 2 and 6 years. The cottage is suitable for families with children with plenty of games and crafts to borrow. Outside there is a sandbox and lots of outdoor toys, sleds and mattresses. In the pantry, there are some dry goods to borrow and just as in the fridge, there are some food items with a long shelf life. Equipped with the equipment needed to easily visit without having to pack everything needed. The guest is responsible for cleaning and restoring to the existing condition. Guests bring bed linens as needed and hygiene items. Cleaning equipment is available. The cottage is equipped with 10 pillows and 7 blankets. If you want to borrow/rent for a cheap price, we have equipment for outdoor life with a trangia kitchen, murika, snowmobile, fishing, etc. Contact us separately for that in such cases. There is a building on the property that is in the process of being demolished as it has burned down in the past. No dangerous things around but it's good to know.
