The construction of the villa was completed in August 2022, so you will have the advantage of staying in a modern villa and enjoying its brand new furniture. The space The villa has 4 large bedrooms with king size double beds and quality medium-firm mattresses offering great comfort + another separate additional bedroom for larger groups. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and a large dressing room. Three of them have a large terrace, and two of them offer the possibility of separating the beds. The villa has several living spaces, two comfortable modern living rooms equipped with a 75-inch HD smart TV ideal for movie nights, as well as a cozy space to isolate yourself and immerse yourself in a book with a cup of coffee in hand. Finally, you will have at your disposal a large solid wood dining room, located in front of a bay window overlooking the garden for your dinners and a very large modern kitchen very well equipped for cooking with family or friends. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic) and a workspace can be arranged on request. The Garden: It has a Moroccan zellige dining room located by the pool for your breakfasts in full sun, comfortable deckchairs for sunbathing all day and garden furniture for your evenings under the stars.
