Skating rink here as well that is close, wineries, museum. TRASH IS LOCATED ACROSS THE YARD. LOOK PAST THE GARAGE AND ACROSS THE YARD AND YOU WILL SEE THE DUMPSTER. YOU CAN DRIVE OVER THERE AS WELL. Guest access Entire apartment is yours with 2 private parking spaces off street. There is on street parking as well. All one story. Big Yard to walk dog. Access to trash disposal is across yard. There is a key lock box on door and an extra key inside. Other things to note This is a corner apt of 14 units. Almost all of these renters have been here for many, many years.
