The kitchen and living area flow together around a cozy fireplace, all framed by expansive north- and east-facing windows that showcase stunning lake views and let in the calming sound of the waves. Main Bedroom: King bed with linens, pillows, and blankets provided. Includes a large closet, two bedside dressers, and generous north-facing windows with lake views. Second Bedroom: Queen bed with linens, pillows, and blankets provided. Features a small end table and south-facing windows for a cozy, restful feel. Utility Room: Washer and dryer available for guest use, plus extra storage and a utility sink. Kitchen: Spacious and open, with abundant counter space and large cupboards. Fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, coffee maker with filters, spices, oil, salt and pepper, baking essentials, microwave, and handy extras like foil, wrap, and storage bags. Full-size refrigerator with freezer and electric range. Dining Area: Table with seating for four, plus a cabinet stocked with games, puzzles, children’s toys and books, along with local maps and area guides. Living Room: Comfortable seating with a large couch and two chairs positioned toward lake views. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided), 43" Roku TV (bring your own logins), and reliable Starlink Wi-Fi. Barrel Sauna: Located just outside near the driveway. Wood is provided, and instructions are available in the unit. Shared with guests staying in the Greenstone. Kindling can be made on-site—an axe and kindling splitter are provided. Deck: Lakeside deck with outdoor dining table and seating for four, overlooking the boat launch. Includes a grill with propane and utensils. Shared with the neighboring Greenstone unit. Fire Pit Cove: A peaceful shared gathering space with fire ring, picnic table, and firewood provided (plus natural wood around the property). Two camp chairs are available in the garage—please return after use. Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior disclosure during booking. A $75 per-stay cleaning fee applies. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or bedding, must be leashed outdoors, and may not be left unattended. Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, disturbances, or damages. Heated Garage: Available for gear storage (no vehicle parking). Please keep walkways clear. Complimentary laundry is also available; kindly avoid use between 10am–1pm to allow for cleaning needs. Boat Launch: Guests may use the on-site launch. Due to the shallow, rocky shoreline, it is best suited for smaller boats (approximately 14’ or less). Connectivity: Verizon service is reliable at the property; AT&T coverage is limited. House Rules: No smoking or vaping indoors. A $250 fee will be applied for violations. Guest access This is a duplex with two private units. You will have a shared entrance in the large heated garage. After the garage space, you have a private entrance up a small flight of stairs.
