Quinchos (additional charge) The space We have 3 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. 1 medium-sized bedroom with a double trundle bed. And a third, smaller bedroom with a double trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own closets. Living room, dining room, and open-plan kitchen. The fully enclosed terrace with a Vista Libre system offers a beautiful view of the sea. Guest access Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is from 12:00 PM. To check in, all guests must register at the Building Concierge (name and ID number), which must match the information the Host will send to Building Management in advance (once you make your reservation, you will be asked to provide this information to Building Management: ID number, name, vehicle license plate number). Other things to note Barbecues are reserved by day. A fee of $16,000 pesos is required. The gym is free to reserve via app. The outdoor pool is free to use. Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pools and gym. To enter, all guests must register their names and ID (showing their RUT, DNI, or PASSPORT) at the building reception, in addition to registering their vehicle license plate. We are just minutes from Jumbo Supermarket, restaurants, beaches, and dunes. And just a 10-minute walk from downtown Concón. The building is located on Costa de Montemar, next to the dunes and with a beautiful park that always invites you to enjoy it. 25-30 minutes from Reñaca and Viña, depending on traffic. Building Rules: Noise Disturbance Hours Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Friday, Saturday, and Holidays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM Trash: Boxes, plastics, cans, and glass bottles must be taken to the Trash Room located on the second floor. Only small trash in bags measuring 50x70 cm or less may be disposed of through the trash chute. Glass or cardboard must never be disposed of in bags. House Rules: Smoking is permitted only on the terrace, with an open window for ventilation. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is fully equipped for 5 people. Sheets, blankets, comforters, and bath towels are provided, as well as an iron and parasol.
