The house is equipped with one queen bed as well as a trundle daybed with two twins in a separate room of the tiny home, in total can accommodate up to four people. Guest have access to the Tiny Home, vehicle driveway capable of one or two small vehicles additional parking available. Please be aware there is a $10 fee per vehicle that will be collected at the security gate when checking in. Front screen enclosed sitting porch & back porch with Large LCD TV, BBQ Pit and patio lounge area as well as all the on-site amenities at the Resort. This area consist mostly of RV lots and a few park model homes. It's likely a recreational area, providing RV owners with a place to stay while they enjoy the nearby outdoor recreational opportunities, such as fishing, boating, swimming, and hiking in the surrounding area. The RV resort provides amenities such as pool, fishing lake, playground, and event hall for residents and guests. It's also nearby the W. Goodrich Jones State Forest and Sam Houston National Forest that offers many outdoor activities. Getting around will largely depend on the mode of transportation you choose. Car: The area is located near major roadways such as I-45, which provides easy access to nearby towns and cities, such as Conroe and Huntsville. There is also street parking available for residents and visitors. Bicycle: The area is relatively flat and there are several local bike lanes available for recreational riding. Public Transportation: there's no public transportation that service this specific area, the nearest one could be in the city of Conroe or Huntsville, which are around 20 miles from this location. Walking and Biking: The RV park has many walking and biking trails inside it and also it's nearby the W. Goodrich Jones State Forest and Sam Houston National Forest where you can take some scenic walks and bike rides.
