Thanks, The Little White Place Baguio The space This unit is located at the LOWER GROUND with no windows but equipped with an AC and a small turbo fan. But even without the AC turned on you can still feel the Baguio breeze. Extra clean beddings and premium mattresses will ensure a restful vacation for you. Our unit is equipped with 3 semi double beds with pull-out beds (48cmX75cm). MANDAUE FOAM - GALA POCKET HOTEL MATRESS Feel free to use our 65" CURVE SMART DEVANT TV, it has all the known apps such Youtube and Netflix. However, we do not have our own Netflix account but feel free of using yours. Shower area and the toilet are separated to accommodate larger groups. Cellphone signal is a bit weak with 1-2 bars only. There is pay parking within the condominium located at the basement at Php 350.00 per night on first come first served basis with multiple entry. Guest access Our kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, blender, cookware, utensils, water dispenser with hot and cold water, and drinking glasses. Quiet time is from 10PM to 6AM. No curfew but please do mind the other residents that are staying in the other units. Other things to note We look forward to having you around. You may smoke at the smoking area which is located at B1 near the PARKING ENTRANCE. FINE: Php 10,000.00 →Now...vomiting on the sheets and towels...self explanatory. FINE: Php 5,000.00 →Please turn off your electricity when not in use. Electricity is gold in Baguio City. →Please dispose of your trash properly. If the trash bin is full you may dispose the trash at garbage area which is located at B1 near the PARKING Entrance. OTHERS: →Dropping of luggage is available with minimal fee, please inquire at the front desk. →Early check in is subject to availability. However, we have an early check in fee of Php 300 per hour. -- On the other hand, LATE CHECK OUT (12 NN) is Php 500 per hour. →Pay parking is first come first served basis. Limited slots, specially during the weekends. 350 per car per night for parking. -- REBOOKING: We charge 1,500 if your booking date is less than 7 days. -- Toiletries are not provided except for bathroom tissue and towels.
