All are advantages when you find our private apartment; it is your place on the ocean in a four-star building but with the flexibility of the agreed rate. The living room is open with floor-ceiling windows with the best Atlantic Ocean picture. There is one TV inside the living closet so you can have a suitable time from the queen sofa bed in front of this. Also, this area includes a mid-table and a corner lamp, guaranteeing a relaxing time to see the best balcony view. Then the space connects with the dining area and kitchen that equips a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, silverware, glasses, dishes, pans, pots, dishwasher, washer & dryer, mugs, stools, and kitchen bar. Walking ahead, you will find the wrapped balcony with furniture to sit and feel the breeze while you eat breakfast. That space connects to the main bedroom, which keeps the same relaxing mood: A convenient king bed facing the city lights at night. The secondary room is a private space with the same characteristics as the main one: A getaway balcony next to your bed. Both suites equip flat-screen TVs, phones with local service, bedding, pillows, bedspreads, lamps, desks, and night tables. Finally, you have two complete bathrooms and a half bathroom in the living room area, and we provide a set of towels for each one. The work will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Some noise may occur at certain times within this period, but it will not be constant and will depend on the construction schedule.
