Bucolic getaway in the Loire Valley

Come and enjoy a relaxing time in Touraine! Our country house is located in a charming village, 5 min from the river. You can: sunbathe in the garden, walk in the forest, picnic at the river, taste wines in the neighboring vineyards, visit the Loire Valley Castles, Beauval Zoo, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, Les Bodins / Descartes show 15 min away. Small downside: sometimes the SNCF diverts TGVs by the old railway behind my property. The space The 28m² studio is in a detached house, 100m from the main house. You have the living room with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and towel rail. We provide: Wi-Fi, HDTV, dish towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, household cleaner, iron. Washing machine shared with my family. You will have your own terrace, ideal for breakfast in the open air or dinner while admiring the sunset. Bird singing will enhance your mornings and evenings. Here you will be independent, but of course we will remain available in the neighboring house if needed. Self check-in and check-out with secure box. 2 possible layouts: Either a king size bed 180 cm x 200 cm), or two separate single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). When booking, please specify if you want a large double bed or 2 separate single beds. Possibility of adding a child's bed. The studio is ideal for 2 adults plus a child. It is not suitable for 3 adults. We provide linens and towels on request. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you want to order your linen kit. Guest access Very easy access by car and train: 8 minutes from Exit 25 of the A10 Paris/Bordeaux highway. 6-minute walk to Maillé TER station. Entire home with independent access and private parking space outside. Self check-in and check-out with secure box. You'll have a private terrace, reserved only for our Airbnb guests. Desk & wifi to work in your private space. The garden, pool and washing machine are shared between guests and my family. Swimming pool: this is an above-ground pool, so subject to weather variations. The water temperature depends on the outside temperature.
