Bucolic getaway in the Loire Valley

Come and enjoy a relaxing moment in Touraine! Our country house is located in a charming village, 5 minutes from the river. You can: sunbathe in the garden, walking in the forest, picnic by the river, taste wines in the neighboring vineyards, visit the Loire Valley castles, beauval Zoo, Futuroscope 40 min, Les Bodins / Descartes show 15 min away. The space The 24 m² studio is located in a detached house, 100 m from the main house. You have the living room with sleeping area, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom with toilet and towel dryer. We provide: Wi-Fi, HD TV, dish towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, household cleaning product, and an iron. Washer shared with my family. You'll have your own terrace, perfect for al fresco breakfast or sunset dining. Bird singing will brighten up your mornings and evenings. Here you will be independent, but of course we will remain available in the neighboring house if needed. Self check in and check out with a secure box. 2 possible amenities: Either a king size bed 180cm x 200cm), or two separate single beds (90cm x 200cm). When booking, please specify if you would like a large double bed or 2 separate single beds. Possibility to add a crib. The studio is ideal for 2 adults plus 1 child. It's not big enough for 3 adults. We provide linens and towels upon request. Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you want to order your linen kit. Guest access Very easy access both by car and train: 8 minutes from exit #25 of the A10 Paris / Bordeaux motorway. 6 min walk to TER Maillé parking lot Entire home with independent access and private parking space outside. Self check in and check out with a secure box. You will have a private terrace, reserved only for our Airbnb guests. Desk & wifi to work in your private space. The garden, pool, and washing machine are shared between guests and my family. Pool: This is an above ground swimming pool, so it's subject to weather variations. The water temperature depends on the outside temperature.
