Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of the gated complex ( access through lifts) making it very well lit and ventilated. The large bedroom ( 250 sq ft ) with attached bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette completes the aura of being at home-away from home. It opens into a beautiful balcony where you feel the cool sea breeze and lush green surroundings. The most famous Tito's lane at Baga beach is at 500 meters from the house. Many popular bars, restaurants and shacks are within 5-10 mins ride. Drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Smoking is allowed in open spaces like Balcony, Patio, etc • DAMAGE CLAIMS Incase the damages , a claim will be filed with Airbnb to reimburse the loss. • LONG TERM STAYS ( 14 days and above ) Please note that the charges for utilities like electricity, internet, gas etc will be charged extra ( at actuals ) for stays for and above 15 days. A refundable deposit amount of Rs. 5,000 will also be collected at checkin for all such long term bookings. • PROFILE VERIFICATION Please verify your Airbnb profile by providing your govt. issued ID, prior to booking. Please provide accurate details about guests staying at the time of booking and in the check-in form (number of people, composition of the group) as we would not be able to give access to guests who are not part of the reservation. Please also note the your ID's are also checked by the security at the time of check-in. Unregistered guests are not allowed after 9pm. • MOBILE & INTERNET COVERAGE We have the best high-speed broadband internet connection. Please note that mobile/cellphone network in Goa in general can be erratic but inside the house its fairly good. Jio network works better. • EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT An early check-in can be provided ONLY based on availability of the unit from the night before and cleaning schedule. Late check-out can be extended my an hour or so only if theres no further booking. Unauthorised late checkout will be charged 1000/ hour. • HOUSEKEEPING Our caretaker handles everything for you. He'll clean the apartment and dishes at a time of your convenience ( between 10am-5pm), once a day. Please note that, in our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request or with a maximum of after every 3 nights. Extra mattress with bedding can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs 1,500/ night. • NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 9PM You'll be staying in a residential area so please respect the privacy of our neighbours. • SWIMMING POOL Only proper swimming costume are required to be worn at the pool. Please do not wear inappropriate swimming attire ( shorts/ under wear/ lounge pants/ night suits etc) as the pool security will stop you from entering the pool. Smoking and drinking near the pool area in not allowed. • TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS Airport pick-ups/drops, taxi services by the day and self-driven car/scooty rentals can all be organised at an over and above cost.
