Our apartment is an elegant 75 square meter 2-bedroom, accommodating up to four guests. Newly renovated by us, it features a decor that subtly blends contemporary and vintage furniture. Nestled on the first floor without elevator access, this attractive space offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room offers a relaxing atmosphere with an HD smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and a super comfortable sofa. Literature lovers can immerse themselves in a selection of books and works available. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and all towels and bath towels. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. Both bedrooms, each with its own charm, offer well-prepared queen size beds, with soft or memory foam pillows. The rooms also have ample storage space, perfect for organizing your belongings. A portable crib with a real mattress and a baby chair are available upon request. For two-wheel enthusiasts, a private cellar is available to store your bikes safely. The apartment's privileged location allows you to enjoy the city center on foot while ensuring a peaceful environment, just 5 minutes from the train station. Upon arrival, you will find coffee or tea, orange juice, as well as some local products to warmly welcome you. Free public parking is located in front of the apartment, and in the immediate vicinity you will find a large shopping mall, food shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy. Please be respectful by limiting noise between 11pm and 7am, and no festive events are allowed in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflows or damage. If excessive consumption is found, a surcharge may be applied, calculated from a daily statement.
