Welcome to our quaint basement apartment, 10 minutes from Downtown Nashville! Located near the interstate, you will be a close drive to everything Nashville has to offer. With a private entrance, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a couch, & coffee at the ready, you'll be equipped to have a great visit in our city. Feel free to take advantage of our backyard with fresh produce from the garden, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill. It's a simple space that we hope you'll love! The space The space is a large basement apartment, with one queen bed, one full bed and one large couch. There will be a Roku TV, some games and books, and a Nespresso machine with a few pods and cups. We also provide a microwave, air fryer, toaster oven and a mini-fridge. Guest access My partner and I (with our dog and two cats) do live in the home, on the upper floor. You will be able to access the apartment from the backyard, multiple closets, the garage and a bathroom in the unit. There is a door that separates your unit from ours that always remains locked, so we will not be in your space. You can also utilize the backyard to grill, make a fire, etc. You will have access to our washer and dryer in the garage, which will be a shared space. We just ask that you not use the upstairs porch and lock the door when you leave! During your stay Reach out to us on the app if you have any questions while you're here! Other things to note We are only hosting booking of 30+ days! Feel free to message us and we can talk more about the unit. We are in the process of adding a portable sink/small kitchen space to the unit which we can provide more details on. Since we do live upstairs, we will do our best to always be aware of our guests and will try to be as quiet as we can in the mornings and evenings when we take the dog out for walks. The two cats may also be outside in the backyard from time to time, just be careful when pulling into the driveway. We are excited to utilize our space and hope you enjoy it!
