One level. *No dishwasher* The lounge has AC/Heat & is equipped with a pool table, dart board, bar with seating, 2 TV’s, 2 leather couches, washer/dryer and 1/2 bath The space We have been superhosts for years, renting out an apartment above our family home. This is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment, ground level- king bed in its own private bedroom & one bunk bed with two full size mattresses, located in the garage lounge. The king bed is luxurious with your comfort in mind!! 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, six pillows, and a plush duvet comforter. There is plenty of space in the lounge if you would like to bring extra guests with their own sleeping arrangements (such as a blow up mattress). Or guests can lay on the two leather couches (they are not pull out beds just regular couches). They will not hesitate to reach out to us, regarding any partying, loud music, excessive noise etc. Please be respectful of our home and of our neighbors.
