One level. *No dishwasher* The lounge has AC/Heat & is equipped with a pool table, dart board, bar with seating, 2 TV’s, 2 leather couches, washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. Well trained dogs are allowed. Dogs must be crated at all times when left alone. We do provide a medium/large crate. Public beach (dog friendly) 5 min away. We have been superhosts for years, renting out an apartment above our family home. We have had such great success with this, that we jumped on the opportunity to acquire this additional property! There is plenty of space in the lounge if you would like to bring extra guests with their own sleeping arrangements (such as a blow up mattress). Or guests can lay on the leather couches (they are not pull out beds just regular couches).
