Of course the house is fully air-conditioned for balmy days & nights. Downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen with welcome basic essentials includes all the appliances, serving, glass ware & quality utensils needed to mix cocktails, assemble grazing platters or even prepare a Sunday roast. Nespresso machine with pods are ready for brewing & beverage fridge ready for chilling, as well as quality BBQ, dishwasher, electric oven & cook top as you naturally would expect. A cosy & extra large sofa will accommodate all guests comfortably in the family room while you enjoy Netflix, a favourite drink or a few laughs. Teens, children and kids at heart will enjoy the large selection of puzzles, board and card games. GETTING THERE & AROUND Vehicles aren't necessarily required at this perfectly located position, Coles, many takeaways, bakeries, cafes & espresso coffee is all within a short walking distance. A two car garage provides guests with ample parking where street space can be limited on popular & busy summer weekends and holidays. Should you wish to explore further, local buses are frequent and nearby, Burleigh Heads & Tallebudgera are only a few stops away. The airport is a short taxi or bus ride & the M1 is convenient with easy access to roam further afield. I'M SORRY BUT..... You won't be surprised to read we have a strict non smoking / vaping / pet policy inside & out for our guests and their visitors. A no party / large social gathering rule also applies, we have a lovely family friendly neighbourhood, please respect this atmosphere and enjoy. Drinks, tunes, belly laughs & chatter is of course definitely most welcome. Stair access & multiple levels mean this home is sadly not suitable for wheelchair use and mobility aid features are not installed for easy bathroom or pool access & use. No access to storage area within garage & master robe unavailable for use, alternative hanging / storage space provided in room for ease.
