The Boathouse - A rustic and cozy lakeside cottage

Take it easy at this tranquil lakeside getaway. Enjoy over 100 feet of waterfront at the foothills of Mt. Monadnock. Rustic cottage on 1 acre of woods off a dirt road. 30’ of ‘L’ shape dock with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Outdoor fireplace, picnic table and hammock trees provide for the ultimate in adventure and relaxation. Always hot and cold spring water, on demand! The space Open floor plan includes living room, fireplace, pull-out futon sofa/bed and kitchen. There is a separate, private bedroom with a queen bed and a small bathroom with shower on the main floor. There is a loft with 2 twin beds. Outside is spacious, rustic, and lakeside. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We have 3 exterior security cameras to monitor for unauthorized visitors as well as falling trees or branches that may damage the cottage or dock, or block the driveway. The cameras are visible on trees facing the driveway entrance, the dock, and the front of the house. There are no interior cameras.
