The house is composed of a large and bright living/bedroom and its open kitchen, 2 sleeping areas (1 bed 160 cm + 1 sofa bed 140 cm), an office area and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen overlook a pleasant private terrace of 35 m2 and its enclosed garden of 120 m2. Ideal place to stay with an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, children's playground (swings, slide, small house...), ping-pong table, large trampoline (diameter 4.90 m), petanque ground (with night lighting). The Loft is part of a 3-unit complex: o The Loft: 48 m2 studio-type house o La Maisonnette: 2-room house of 33 m2 (also available for seasonal rental). The Sauna is attached to the cottage. o The Main House: occupied by the owners. The pool is in front of the main house. No overlooking between these 3 dwellings: o The LOFT and the Cottage are separated by "view break" panels. Each house has its own private and fenced garden. Not overlooked between the 2 spaces. o The Main House is located on a higher terrace than the rental spaces.
