This listing is for a private bedroom and ensuite private bathroom in this elegant Victorian family home in one of Harrogate's most sought after streets. The bedroom has storage and the bathroom has essential toiletries and a walk in shower. Parking is free on the street and has no restrictions. Harrogate town centre is a 10 minute walk away. The kingsize bed is comfortable with a new mattress, a Duck Down duvet & pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. They will always be freshly laundered. The space This is a beautiful large private bedroom and ensuite bathroom within a family home. Other parts of the house are used by the owner and occasionally his family. As well as the room and ensuite you can access the kitchen for making tea, coffee etc Guest access When you get to my front door (it's yellow) you will find your key in the lockbox on the wall opposite. It is between the two Boxball bushes. Just take ONE key please and leave any others in the lockbox.. When you have the key turn it ANTI clockwise in the lock. The only house rule is to take off your shoes please before going up the stairs. Your room is on the 1st floor and has the ensuite bathroom. Other things to note Adults only
