The space Beautiful 500 m2 country house, in a peaceful setting, with parklands, terraces and swimming pool. This bastide is set in lush, peaceful surroundings just 45 minutes from Toulouse. A haven of peace bathed in sunshine, overlooking the valley with incredible views of the Pyrenees from the main terrace, swimming pool, living room and bedrooms. The perfect place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. On the ground floor you'll find spacious living areas where you can share but also have your privacy at any time of day. The pleasure of being together without being on top of each other! - 55m2 lounge with television area - Fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The space is flexible, with seating for 15 in the kitchen. 7 bedrooms in total, all on the first floor: 6 double bedrooms and 1 extra bedroom with 3 single beds. 3 bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. 3 individual bathrooms with double basins, large walk-in shower and WC. If you would like to organise an event (birthday, cousinhood, christening, evjf/evjg...) please ask us. A 55m2 function room with speakers that can be used as a dance floor, or a dining area with seating for 30, is available for an additional 650€ per stay. The house, with its 80cm walls, is cool in summer and warm in winter with its 24 radiators and 2 fireplaces. Parking for 10 cars. Please note: - For any event, or to accommodate more than 15 people on site, the reception room is available for €650/stay. (tables, chairs, sound system)
