16th Century Luxury Farmhouse in the Countryside

Stonehouse Farmhouse was first built in the 16th Century. Every room of the 5 bedroom spacious house has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside of Herefordshire. We recently renovated it and as well as all the original features of oak beams and stone walls, it now has all the amenities you need for a luxury relaxing, peaceful country retreat for a family or group of friends. Feature include: The space Large kitchen with range induction cooker, marble worktops and a huge kitchen island, equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a feast. *Although we let this property as a holiday home, we also use it for family holidays so there is some food in the cupboards and freezer. Please replace anything you use. A beautiful dining room with long table and candelabras . Vast sitting room with open log burning fire and games. 5 bedrooms with luxury Hungarian goose down and Egyptian cotton bedding on most beds: 1 super king 4 poster bed, 2 kings, 1 double, 1 twin. 3.5 marble bathrooms: 2 with shower, one with a jacuzzi bath and one loo downstairs. Conservatory Entrance hall Balcony upstairs with views to sprawling countryside Beautiful garden with swing, flowers and a rose garden Please note that we also have a cabin annexe that sleeps 2 next door to the house. You can rent this so with the house, it sleeps 12. We will let you know if it’s booked by anyone else. If this is the case, you will still have your privacy as it is a separate dwelling, not permitted to use the garden etc if rented by others. Guest access You will have the house to yourself. You will have a farm on one side and our neighbours on the other, but the house still feels peaceful and secluded. The house sleeps 10 and if you need more space, we have an annex that sleeps a further 2 people with a separate kitchenette. Other things to note No parties, hen dos or stag dos. No smoking. Please don't make too much noise, especially after 11 or our neighbours might complain. There will be a security deposit of £300 to cover any accidental damage to the property. 3 night minimum stay.
