Welcome to Maria's Place. Here you will find all that you need. A homely, safe, and stylish place that includes one bedroom with a kitchen and laundry unit. There is a full bathroom, a dining space, and access to the backyard patio area. Relax on the oversized sofa bed (that can also fit 2 people to sleep ) with a TV and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. We are located near Lake North, the hospital. We are about 5-10 min away from anywhere around town. The space This is a mother-in-law unit. The space is completely private but it is connected to the main house and has its own entry. Other things to note Guest- You are not subject to the guest fee if you have a family of 4 and they are under 18. Anyone over 18 and after the 2 guests you are subject to the guest fee.
