On a quiet dirt road, our equine farm offers a beautiful, self contained apartment with separate bedroom, farm style kitchenette, bathroom & wood fire not far from Balnarring shops/restaurants & local beaches. Wineries, golf & trail rides surround us. Our style is rural & simple: exposed fixtures, concrete floor, plywood, timber & brass detail. Artwork adds to the charm of our eclectic space, creating a relaxing and very private environment to unwind in comfort on the Mornington Peninsula. The space Extras Outdoor BBQ & Dining Area Further to your apartment, we offer a secluded outdoor dining and BBQ area. We can arrange local wine, charcuterie, BBQ or breakfast supplies if requested at extra cost, however tea and coffee supplies are provided. Kitchenette For simple meals, we provide a microwave, refrigerator, crockery, flatware and glasses. There is also a coffee (pod) machine and tea supplies. We also provide the basics for meal preparation (salt, pepper, olive oil etc). There is a tub for you to carry out utensils etc to the BBQ area. Lounge & Dining Areas The wood fire will be set and ready for you to light on arrival if it is a cool night! The lounge area has a sofa and dining table and some books and magazine to flick through should you have a spare moment. Connect to the Wifi and watch what you wish on Netflix etc. Bathroom Towels and basic toiletries are provided. Bedroom The bedroom is large and secluded, with a queen bed and lovely bed linen, We provide extra blankets and a range of pillow types to ensure you get the best fit. There is a large chest of drawers and relaxing lounge chair. Equestrian Facilities You would also be welcome to bring a horse or two with you and use our equestrian facilities during your stay which include: 60 x 40 sand arena, a round yard, under-cover tie-ups, hot and cold wash, riders' retreat, stable boxes and holding pens. Use of those facilities would be at additional cost. Guest access You access our farm via a secure gate and we provide a carpark at your doorway on the farm property. Details will be provided once you have secured your booking. Other things to note Wifi You have free Wifi access and a smart TV for your convenience. Working Farm We are sorry we cannot accommodate your pets, as this is a working farm. Please be mindful to respect equestrian and farm activity and not enter operational or private areas of the farm. Stays over 7 day duration We will provide fresh bed linen, towels and kitchen/cleaning products each week for such longer stays.
