Amethyst Cove is an idyllic, cozy oceanfront getaway with unobstructed ocean view and sights of St. Barths, Saba, and Statia in the distance, all visible right from the patio. Located on the ground floor of a two-story condo of other holiday/residential units, this charming and serene oasis offers a retreat from the busy everyday life. It rests on an outlying bank in Point Blanche, just minutes away from Philipsburg, shops, restaurants, and beaches. The space This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a wide range of amenities to serve as your home away from home. There is a patio directly overlooking the ocean with a partial partition to offer privacy while maintaining a clear view of the ocean. The unit includes a full kitchen with a full range of cookware, glassware, dishes, cooking utensils, and cutlery for your own cooking. Previous guests have cooked up storms at the unit - so feel free to do the same! There is a full sized refrigerator with freezer, a stove, single cup coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a living area with large screen television equipped with the latest streaming apps. The dining area includes a dining table with 6 seats. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and an open closet. Bathroom 1 is right next to the bedroom and it shares a short hallway. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and closet. Bathroom 2 is an ensuite for bedroom 2. Guest access Amethyst Cove has its own entrances, and there are two ways to enter the property. The unit also comes with a designated parking spot free of charge. You can enter through the front door, which is down a stairwell from the designated parking spot. This stairwell has about 10 steps down to the door. The second entrance is at the back along the ocean-side. To get to the unit you walk through the communal gate, walk down a slight slope, and walk up 3 slight steps upward to patio and the sliding door. The back entrance is usually suitable for guests who are older and who may have slight mobility constraints. Past guests who have had limited mobility capabilities have been able to make the 3 steps and the slope well. Other things to note Please keep the room doors and windows close when the A/C is on. Please turn off lights, A/C, and fans before leaving the apartment. Thank you.
