The space Lower level: Enjoy the living room with new luxury vinyl floors, leather couch & love seat and 55" Smart TV with Roku. The fully-equipped and bright kitchen has a gas stove / oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pots & pans, utensils and Keurig coffee machine with free K-cups, creamer and sugar! The dining area has an Ethan Allen dining set with four chairs. Relax in the back porch that opens to a fully-fenced and private backyard. The laundry room has free washer and dryer with laundry detergent for your convenience. For your safety, a first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are also available in the kitchen. Other things to note There is a 55" Smart TV with Roku in the living room, and a 32" Smart Android TV in the bedroom. Several free channels for news, shows, movies & entertainment are available in both the Smart TVs. However, we do not provide any Netflix or Hulu login information. Guests are welcome to use their own and then delete them prior to checking out.
