The space The apartment is located in the heart of Bolzano’s pedestrian zone: central yet peaceful. It’s also accessible by car and offers private parking upon request (subject to availability), ideal for day trips and countryside walks. It’s perfect for couples, friends or small families. The bedroom features a king-size bed, and the living area includes a stylish designer sofa bed, which can be configured as a single or double bed to suit your needs. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, microwave and oven. The kitchen offers a Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, classic Moka pot, and a tea set. The modern bathroom has a spacious rain shower, bidet, and washbasin. The transition from living to sleeping area also serves as a small reading nook or wardrobe space. All rooms have natural wood flooring. A highlight of the apartment is its private fenced garden—a rare oasis in the city. Enjoy a morning coffee in the sun, read under the olive tree, or simply unwind on the lounge chairs in a peaceful Mediterranean setting. Guest access The apartment is completely independent and private on the ground floor of the house. Guests can also use the private garden at the back of the house, which is very pleasant for reading a book with a drink or a cup of tea. Guests are given the keys to the house by Michele on arrival and are free to come and go as they please during their stay. Other things to note The old town is vibrant and trendy. Have breakfast with freshly baked croissants at the Franziskaner bakery at the end of Rauscertorgasse or brunch with a good selection of coffees at Urban Coffee Lab in Silbergasse. Try some wine at the wine shops ENOVIT and TOMA on Streitergasse or at BANCO 11 on Obstplatz. On request, we can organise a visit to the local Loacker and Waldgries wine cellars. Typical cuisine in the Franziskanerstube (Franziskanergasse) or in the Weisses Rössl (Bindergasse), Italian cuisine in the Restaurant Bogen (Streitergasse) or in the luxurious Löwengrube (Zollstange) just outside the pedestrian zone or in the Luna, also Italian cuisine. Ten minutes walk from the railway station, five minutes from the Christmas Market and a stone's throw from the Kräuterplatz, where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables every day except Sundays and where there is also a small supermarket with everything you need for your daily needs. Three minutes from the Archaeological Museum, where the OETZI mummy is on display, and three minutes from the Lauben shopping street, where there are shops to suit all tastes.
