Relax, unwind, & enjoy a getaway at this idyllic & comfortable Oceano cottage that is 2 miles from Oceano & Grover Beach & 3.5 miles from Pismo Beach! Extremely clean & cozy home with a spacious & private outdoor living space. Fully furnished home with updated kitchen & appliances. Hardwood floors throughout. Home sleeps six comfortably (two queen beds & full pullout bed). Has ACs & a heater. Detached work space. Non-shedding pets are welcome. This is the ideal location for your next vacation! The space Extremely clean and comfortable property inside and out. No more than 6 guests can stay at our Oceano Cottage. No parties or large gatherings of any kind. Small gatherings of up to 6 people are permitted. Quiet time for neighborhood is 10 pm to 8 am. This is a smoking-free home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking in the backyard/outside is acceptable. Please keep all windows and doors closed while smoking so the smoke/smell does not enter the house. Non-shedding pets are welcome. Pets are allowed inside, but not on any furniture (couch/pullout bed, chairs, beds, etc.). Pets are not allowed in the shed. Pets are not permitted to be left alone inside. If guests plan on going on day trips and want to leave their pets at the house the guests must plan accordingly and bring a kennel for all pets to be kept in while guests are gone. There are also kennels and pet day cares in the area as well. All doors must be shut and locked whenever guests go anywhere. Doors cannot be left open for pets to have access to the house and backyard when the guests are gone. Pick up after pets before leaving and make sure yard is clean. Off-street parking for up to four vehicles. Parking in front of neighbors' houses is not allowed. Fully furnished house with updated kitchen and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. Coffee maker and hot water maker provided, as well as coffee and tea for guest use. Vinotemp wine fridge inset into the hallway wall for guest use. Hardwood floors all throughout the home and tile in the bathroom. Handmade kitchen table, side tables, coffee table, TV stand, bed frames, and bench. 27" HDTV and DVD player provided, and a few DVDs for guest use. AC is in the bedroom with a heater in the living room. Queen bed in bedroom and full pullout bed in living room. House sleeps four comfortably. Shed sleeps two comfortably. Bedroom has a dresser and a large closet with plenty of space for clothes and luggage to be stored and organized. Detached work space and queen size bed in shed. Work space fits one person comfortably. Shed has AC and a portable heater. Very clean bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a toilet with a clean handheld bidet. Towels (body, hand, and washcloths) provided. Plenty of storage in the bathroom for bathroom bags, etc. Large laundry room with washer and dryer for guest use. Extra storage available in the laundry room for guest use. Spacious and private outdoor living space with a patio, fire pit, and lawn for guest use. Firewood is not provided. If you would like to enjoy a fire in the fire pit - please bring your own firewood. Charcoal grill is available for use - please bring your own charcoal. Wonderful location two miles from the beach and within a 5-10 minute drive of great restaurants. Guest access The shed in the backyard on the left is available for guest use. The shed in the backyard on the right is not available for guest use. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking inside. Non-shedding pets are welcome.
