The kitchen is equipped with the glass top stove with oven and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The private bedroom is also tiled. There is a King sized Serta pillowtop bed, ceiling fan and a 32" Flat Screen TV. This condo is not pet friendly, so this could be the perfect spot for your next visit to the beach. Top floor, building is serviced by 2 elevators. NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
