Welcome to your home away from home! Nestled in a quiet & family oriented neighborhood. Minutes from Florida’s Turnpike & Orlando International Airport. Variety of restaurants &shopping centers are all within a short 5 minute drive. 30 minutes from all theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & other theme parks. Plenty of community parks & lakes nearby. This is a tranquil neighborhood & a short drive to any adventures Kissimmee & Orlando has to offer. The space This stylish 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom offers a simple yet comfortable living. The masters bedroom has a queen sized memory foam mattress & spacious walk-in closet with ensuite bathroom. There is also a Roku TV for you to login to your streaming services & enjoy watching from bed. The guests bedroom offers a full soft memory foam mattress with a little nook window for a comfy downtime afternoon reads. Adjacent to it is a full bathroom with shower tub. The living room has an open floor plan with a leather sectional sofa with a Roku TV, where you are able to login to your personal account to stream shows & movies. There is also some card games & dominoes to play during your stay with family & friends. The dining room has a contemporary/retro feel with a dinette and four cushioned fabric chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchen essentials, but not limited to cookwares, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, smoothie blender, mini waffle maker, rice cooker, air fryer & crepe maker. Plenty of coffee cups & mugs with complete sets of eating utensils included. The backyard features a covered patio with a sitting area to have morning coffee & breakfast. During the evening, the patio lights up with solar string lights & is a nice area for some peace & quiet. Spacious driveway to park. Washer & dryer unit inside the garage. Welcome to Florida! Unfortunately we have no control over Mother Nature so on occasion you may encounter ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, lizards, wasps and more. The house is regularly being fumigated, but there is still a possibility you may encounter them during your stay. There is bug spray under the kitchen sink for you to use, but please still notify me if it’s an issue. Thanks for your understanding. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Other things to note House reminders framed inside house. NO smoking allowed inside the house. A $150 penalty will be charged. The kitchen does not have a food disposal. Please do not throw food down the sink. The living room fireplace is NOT allowed to be used. Only authorized guests registered with airbnb accounts allowed to stay. Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay overnight without informing host and approved by host. Parking is allowed only on the front yard driveway. No parking of vehicles inside garage allowed.
